After experiencing the consequences of an incorrect hormone prescription, Izadora Guimarães chose to transform a deeply personal challenge into a mission. Rather than facing it in silence, she created a space where women could find trusted information, expert voices and meaningful conversations.
What began as a search for answers soon evolved into something much greater.

Izadora founded 40+ Women’s Strategy & Influence, a platform dedicated to expanding opportunities, visibility and knowledge for women after 40.
Within this broader universe, she created Menopause: Pleased to Meet You, an international podcast that explores the many dimensions of life after 40 through conversations with experts, researchers, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, artists and inspiring guests from around the world.
